SurveyAll Ltd
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the SurveyAll website, SurveyAll Office and associated digital services. Separate engagement terms apply to professional surveying, valuation and other client instructions.
1. About these terms
The website and SurveyAll Office are operated by SurveyAll Ltd. These digital Terms of Service apply to use of our website, online tools, internal business systems and connected services.
They do not replace the specific Terms & Conditions, scope of service, engagement letter or other contractual documents issued for a professional surveying, valuation or expert instruction.
2. SurveyAll Office
SurveyAll Office is a business-management and property-intelligence system used to support SurveyAll's operations. Functions may include enquiry management, calendar and workflow administration, search-performance analysis, market research, evidence management, communications and reporting support.
Access to non-public SurveyAll Office functions is restricted to authorised users.
3. Connected third-party services
SurveyAll Office may connect to authorised third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Ads, Gmail, payment providers, accounting systems or other business tools.
Use of a connected service may also be subject to the terms and policies of that provider. SurveyAll does not control the availability or operation of third-party platforms.
4. Permitted use
You must not:
- attempt to obtain unauthorised access to SurveyAll systems or accounts;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website or SurveyAll Office;
- use automated means to extract protected information without authorisation;
- misrepresent your identity or authority;
- use SurveyAll systems for unlawful purposes.
5. Information and automated analysis
Digital tools, dashboards, market-demand estimates, search analytics and AI-assisted outputs are provided to support business and administrative decision-making. They may rely on third-party information, estimates and automated processing and may contain limitations or errors.
Such outputs do not replace a surveyor's inspection, professional judgement, formal valuation, expert evidence or other regulated professional advice where those services are required.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the SurveyAll website, SurveyAll Office software, design, content, systems, reports, workflows and related materials are owned by or licensed to SurveyAll Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
7. Availability
SurveyAll aims to keep its digital services available and secure but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be updated, suspended or changed as the system develops.
8. Third-party information
SurveyAll may display or analyse information originating from third-party providers. Such information remains subject to its source limitations and may change without notice. SurveyAll does not warrant that third-party data is complete, current or error-free.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, SurveyAll is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, automated analytics, market estimates or third-party information where a formal professional instruction has not been entered into.
Liability relating to an instructed professional surveying or valuation service is governed by the applicable engagement terms for that instruction.
10. Privacy
Use of personal information and information obtained through connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These digital Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
