SurveyAll Ltd provides residential surveying, valuation, property investigation and related professional services. SurveyAll Office is SurveyAll's internal business-management and property-intelligence system.

3. SurveyAll Office and connected Google services

SurveyAll Office may connect to authorised Google services in order to support SurveyAll's internal business operations. The precise services used may change over time and access is limited to the permissions authorised for the relevant connection.

Google Search Console

SurveyAll Office may access search-performance information such as search queries, pages, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, average positions and indexing information. This information is used to analyse SurveyAll's search visibility, website performance and SEO activity.

Google Ads and Keyword Planner

Where authorised, SurveyAll Office may access Google Ads planning information, including keyword ideas, estimated search volumes, competition indicators and related planning metrics. This information is used for market-demand analysis, service planning and geographic business-development research. Access to this information does not require SurveyAll to use it for paid advertising.

Gmail

Where an authorised Gmail integration is enabled, SurveyAll Office may access email information necessary for legitimate SurveyAll business workflows, including managing enquiries, correspondence and client administration. Access is limited to the purposes for which the integration has been authorised.

4. How Google user data is used

Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve SurveyAll's authorised internal business functions. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising profiling, or transferred to unrelated third parties for their own purposes.

Where third-party infrastructure or service providers are required to operate SurveyAll's systems, information may be processed only as necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

SurveyAll's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Client information is not disclosed to estate agents, sellers or other unrelated parties merely because they request it.

9. Revoking Google access and deletion requests

A user may revoke an authorised Google connection through their Google Account permissions where applicable. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically remove information that SurveyAll is required or permitted to retain for legitimate business, legal or professional purposes.

Requests concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information can be sent to info@surveyall.co.uk. Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable data-protection and record-retention requirements.

10. Cookies, analytics and website information

SurveyAll may use analytics and first-party attribution information to understand website usage, enquiry sources and service performance. This information is used to improve the website and business operations.
