I am extremely happy with Tom's service. His Level 3 survey report is thorough and clearly written with lots of photo evidence. Tom also used a drone to take photos, which showed, for example, water pooling in a parapet roof. I believe that a majority of surveyors, who conduct inspection from a ground level using only binoculars, would not identify this water pooling issue. It was also great to talk to Tom after reading the report to hear his useful tips. Tom surely knows his trade and is passionate about his work. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough!

Thomasz was by far the best and professional surveyor we've used. He is very passionate about his work with his attention to detail. He was very thorough in his survey and went above and beyond to help explain any questions after. His report was very easy to read and understand and was well laid out. Our first property fell through and we used a different larger property surveyor company (becuase Thomasz wasn't available) and their report was so generic and offered no detail. They refused to even test windows or open any cupboards. I would highly recommend you wait until Thomasz becomes available and not to make the same mistake we did by going with someone else.

We booked a Level 3 survey with Tom before buying our first house that required modernisation and we were absolutely delighted with his service and attitude. Tom is very knowledgable and thorough in his research and recommendations but what distinguishes him is the true interest in and even passion for his trade. We received the most detailed report one could imagine, plenty of good angle photographs, charts, and floorplans with explanations, great drone-made aerial views that allowed us to see parts of the property we would not have got to ourselves, plenty recommendations on what can be done with problematic areas, and even local authority searches and recommendations comparison analysis. We additionally asked for Tom's opinion on an issue we did not know how to resolve and received an excellent walk-through suggestion. The report became a somewhat celebrated read around our wider family who are more experienced (we are first-time buyers ourselves) and we would wholeheartedly recommend Tom to all our friends and family. Last but not least, we found our communication with Tom clear, transparent, and enjoyable, which was very welcomed during the stressful house buying process.
