RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys providing independent information about property condition and significant defects.
About SurveyAll
SurveyAll is an independent residential surveying practice serving South East London. We combine physical inspection, professional judgement, practical building knowledge and useful technology to help people understand property more clearly.
Property advice should make a difficult decision clearer, not add another layer of jargon. Our work starts with understanding the building, the evidence and the question that actually needs answering.
That principle influences our inspections, reports, educational work and the tools we develop.
A working surveying practice
SurveyAll carries out residential surveys, valuations and focused investigations of building defects. Working directly with real properties provides a continuous opportunity to test assumptions against what is actually found on site.
We use that experience to improve the way we investigate buildings, explain technical problems and develop practical guidance. The objective is not to repeat established wording simply because it has always been used, but to understand what the evidence supports and communicate it clearly.
What we do
Our work spans mainstream surveying and more focused investigation.
RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys providing independent information about property condition and significant defects.
Focused investigation of cracking, movement, damp, mould, water ingress and other specific residential building concerns.
Independent residential valuations for purchase and other circumstances where a formal assessment of market value is required.
Clear observation, photographic evidence and professional reporting where property condition needs to be recorded carefully.
Beyond individual inspections
Surveying should not end when a report is issued. SurveyAll also develops publications, visual guidance and digital tools intended to make residential building knowledge more accessible and surveying practice more effective.
This work grows from recurring questions encountered in practice: how cracks should be interpreted, how moisture problems should be investigated, how evidence can be presented more clearly, and how technology can reduce routine work without weakening professional judgement.
Publications & development
A practical publication developed to help explain cracking and movement in residential buildings in a structured and understandable way.
A practical digital guide designed to help users understand and organise information about cracks before deciding what further investigation may be appropriate.
New visual guidance and a publication on damp in residential properties are being developed around source, pathway and evidence rather than simplistic labels.
A growing series of visual guides is planned around common residential maintenance, defects and improvements, using practical examples rather than abstract advice.
Technology with a purpose
SurveyAll actively explores better ways to capture evidence, analyse information and produce clear professional reports. That includes work on intelligent report-writing systems, faster property reporting, image-led workflows and other digital surveying tools.
These products are developed around practical surveying problems. The objective is not to use technology simply because it is new, but to combine useful tools with inspection experience and professional judgement.
Independent by design
SurveyAll is an independent surveying practice built around direct professional oversight and consistent reporting standards. We are not tied to remedial contractors or a predetermined solution.
Where specialist investigation is genuinely required, we say so. Where the available evidence supports a simpler explanation or proportionate next step, that matters too.
South East London
SurveyAll's surveying work is centred on South East London, including Greenwich, Lewisham, Bexley and Bromley. Our publications, guidance and technology projects are intended to contribute more widely to residential property knowledge and surveying practice.
