CrackGuide does not collect, store, transmit or share personal information with SurveyAll Limited or any third parties.
All data created within the app, including crack photographs, inspection notes and measurements, is stored locally on the user's device.
CrackGuide may request access to the device camera. This permission is used solely to allow users to capture photographs of cracks or building defects during inspections. Photographs remain stored locally on the device and are not transmitted to any external server.
CrackGuide may request access to the device photo library. This allows users to select existing images to attach to crack inspection records. The app does not access, upload or analyse the user's photo library beyond the images that the user explicitly selects.
All inspection data created within CrackGuide, including images, notes and measurement records, is stored locally on the user’s device. SurveyAll Limited does not receive or store any user data from the app.
CrackGuide does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks or tracking technologies.
CrackGuide is a professional inspection tool and is not directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
